Providing tools for Mindful Resilience

I proudly teach 2 classes per week for VYP:

  • Mondays at 4pm Pacific:Power Yoga’ Join VYP for an energizing flow style class with conditioning moves and attention to safe alignment! Medium intensity 45-minute flow with options given to customize your practice. Mindful breath and movement encourage calm in the midst of challenge; plus it’s fun! Bring your mat and whatever props you may use to make your practice comfortable (Blocks, strap, blanket to pad your knees, etc.) Let’s start looking forward to Mondays!

  • Fridays at 4:00pm Pacific: ‘Power Yoga’ Join VYP for a vinyasa style flow incorporating moves that use your own bodyweight as resistance! A 45-minute medium intensity flowing practice featuring creative sequencing and mindful movement. Hit your mat and Breath, sweat and flow your way into the weekend with Gratitude.
